From military service to magical stories
Hello, my name is Nancy Sidd, and I am an author and illustrator. I have been creating books for a few years now, but art has always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Even during my time in the military, creativity found its way into my day. I wrote poetry to capture my experiences and emotions, using words to reflect, heal, and to tell my story.
A passion for smiles and unique adventures
I have always had a passion to make people smile – and there is nothing more precious than hearing a child giggle. That belief is in the heart of everything I create.
What inspired this project? A unique book for your unique child. A story made with imagination, love, and the hope of bringing joy to young readers everywhere.
Encouraging imagination, one story at a time
At Ink and Avians, we are a small business, but we believe that children's imaginations should be encouraged and inspired. This is where your child can create their world by telling their story and sharing the magic within it.
Your child, their story: Truly unique and tailored
Illustrations are created from what you tell us about your child and what they want to include. If you want your child to be the star, send us an image we can use to create their character. We will only keep this during the production of the book, and then this will be destroyed.
If you want your child to be their favourite animal, superhero, insect, alien, or bug, then we can do this. The book really is whatever you need it to be!
