Our process
At Ink and Avians, we believe every child deserves a story as unique as they are. Our process is designed to bring your child's world to life within the pages of a beautifully illustrated book.
Tell us about your child
Give your little one the magic of seeing themselves in their own storybook. This isn't just any book; it's a bespoke, handcrafted adventure created just for your child and no one else. Simply complete our questionnaire and tell us about your child: their name, hobbies, favourite activities, favourite colours, pets, and family members too. Tell us special stories about them and provide any extra details you would like in their own magical tale.
Crafting their unique world
Each book features its own original, made-to-order illustrations, lovingly tailored to match your child's world. Every page is a piece of art designed just for them. Perfect for any occasion: Christmas, a birthday, a milestone, or a "just because" surprise.
From concept to creation
We will create the lead character and give you our idea for the story. This will then be confirmed by you or altered to your liking, and then the book will be created. It will be at this stage we require the payment for the book. In a matter of weeks, the book will be ready and shipped directly to you.

The very first step is simple: complete our detailed questionnaire. This is where you tell us all about your little one – their name, favourite colours, beloved pets, and even special family members. The more details you share, the more magical and personal their unique tale will be.
Bespoke illustration & story
Once we have your child's unique profile, our artists get to work. We'll craft a lead character that perfectly embodies your child and develop a story concept just for them. We'll share our ideas for your approval, ensuring every detail is to your liking before bringing the book to life. In a matter of weeks, your bespoke book will be created and shipped directly to you.
